Triple-I is a project that aims to improve the livelihood of rural women through well-tailored training in profitable poultry and livestock production serving as entrepreneurial skill with which they can generate reasonable income thereby leading to reduced poverty in rural women. These women will be provided with the required resources for the breeding period, after which they will refund the cash equivalence of the resources provided, this refunded cash will be used to aid another woman. Gender equality is promoted with improved capacity for running sustainable businesses through strong structures and more access to productive resources for value chain development. By providing inputs, capacity development and market linkages, we are taking a step towards the fulfilment of the sustainable development goals. Projected Impact
By investing #95000, a woman can earn up to #320000 amount in 1year. Often, earning from their poultry enterprise is ploughed back into expanding their livestock production, crop production, petty trading and to meet other household needs, particularly children’s education.

Scale up of the Investing in impact initiative will be officially launched in Abuja to spread the reach widely across the 6 regions of the country. The pilot phase has taken off in Gombe and Nasarawa State with good number of women indicating interest for participation in the second phase.
Impact investors, donors and financial institutions will be present to explore ways of channeling their corporate social responsibility actions into impacting women at the bottom of the pyramid thereby reducing poverty, hunger and unemployment. The event will be officially launched in Abuja on May 16, 2022.
